If you feel you would like any extra support for your child or yourself over the holiday period, the Compassionate Schools and Safeguarding teams at Discovery have compiled a list of websites and helplines we have found to be useful. There is also student friendly information sheet available.

Samaritans: Offers a listening service which is open 24 hours a day, on 116 123(UK –this number is free to call and will not show up on your phone bil.
